Reform East is an online marketplace in the Boston area for pre-owned furniture. We are committed to extraordinary customer service, and great quality on all of our items
How does payment work?
​​We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp. We only accept payment once we've dropped off the item in front of the customer's house.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery depending on our availability for the day.
Do you deliver?
Yes, all our items can be delivered for free within 20 miles. If our customer is outside our delivery range, we'll have to charge an additional fee. It could range from $70 to $100 depending on the location
Do you clean all your items?
Yes, we clean and disinfect everything. Every item goes through a cleaning process where we remove all kinds of odors, dog hair, and stains.
Can I see an item before purchasing?
Yes, even though we don't have a showroom, we always encourage our customers to come and see the items in person. This gives them the opportunity to see and touch the items before making a final decision.
What is Reform East's return policy?
All sales are final. After we've completed the delivery process the item is yours.
